Ergänzungs-Bataillon vom Infanterie-Regiment 118

Das Bataillon wurde im Jahr 1938 in Worms, Wehrkreis XII, aufgestellt. Das Bataillon wurde durch Abgaben der Infanterie-Regimenter 80 und 118 aufgestellt. Disziplinar unterstand das Bataillon auch dem Infanterie-Regiment 118. Das Bataillon blieb bis zur Mobilmachung in Worms stationiert. Bei der Mobilmachung wurde das Bataillon zur Aufstellung der 4. Welle verwendet. Das Bataillon bildete dabei das III. Bataillon vom Infanterie-Regiment 483 der 263. Infanterie-Division.
